The annex is a great for smaller gatherings up to 40 people, with a vast selection of premium spirits, champagnes & wines. The hire for this venue is just £75 with a minimum spend of £350! We specialise in Bottomless Brunches with sharing boards priced at just £32.50pp for two hours unlimited bar*, if there are over 15 people it is FREE HIRE! PA system & disco lights included in all event hires. There is also a large screen making it perfect for meetings & corporate events. There is a rear door that leads to a large secluded garden* with its own facilities.
